- 2X (local giving, within the communities we operate and execute projects, to organization and causes that are focused on our giving pillars: education, wellness and community)
- 1.25x (local giving within the communities we operate and execute projects but are focused on other charitable missions)
- .75x (general giving that is outside our local bounds and our pillars)
- Ineligible - any group that actively works against our clients, projects and/or our industry or that has the potential to negatively impact the firm's reputation or ability to fulfill our purpose.
Rodgers will will also donate $19.00 per hour volunteered to the charity you volunteered for.
